Last night at 8:00 PM EST, Andrew Breitbart led the Heritage foundation in the premiere of Phelem McAleer’s documentary film, “Not Evil, Just Wrong.” Clocking in right at an hour-and-a-half, the film is a refutation of the so-called “environmental alarmism” promoted by Al Gore and his film, “An Inconvenient Truth.” The filmmakers insist radical environmentalists are more accurately classified as anti-human, and according to McAleer, they have no concern for the consequences of their actions on humanity.

Introducing the American Moderate Party
In a surprising move last night, John McCain and Olympia Snowe announced they would depart from the GOP effective immediately. The unlikely duo also announced the co-founding of a new political organization, The American Moderate Party or AMP. Though no other Republicans have made public announcements, many expect most of the so-called “RINOs” to join the AMP by the end of this year. They will also seek the support of Congressional Independents and self-described “moderates.”

Obama Wins Nobel Prize for Liberalism
The Norwegian Nobel Committee’s decision to award the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize to President Barack Obama merely demonstrates the continued politicization of the once noble award. The original intent of this prize–ironically established by the inventor of Dynamite–was to reward the efforts of those who sought to encourage fraternity among nations and the reduction of standing armies. Unfortunately, as time has passed the Nobel Committee has lost sight of this objective. Obama is yet another unqualified recipient of an award that no longer represents is original purpose. What was once a respected accomplishment has been hijacked to promote a radical Leftist agenda.

FTC Should Stay Out of “Blogosphere”
The FTC recently enacted new regulations affecting “bloggers” ability to review and endorse products on their websites. Though the new rules sound good in theory–the FTC is attempting to require all “bloggers” to disclose any payments or free products they receive from manufacturers–in practice, they will simply create more problems.

For Pelosi, Left Incapable of Wrong.
Nancy Pelosi and other leading Democrats have been quick to condemn Tea Party Protestors as violent racists1, and have dismissed the legitimacy of the movement2 even though the facts do not support such claims. In fact, what little violence has occurred has been at the hands of liberal “counter-protestors.” Instances of violence against Tea Party participants includes the Kenneth Gladney Beating perpetrated by two SEIU employees3 and an incident in which a moveon.org counter-protestor bit off the finger of a Tea Party participant4. The Tea Party protestors themselves have left the cities cleaner, obtained all necessary permits, and been willing to work with the police who have yet to need riot gear at one of these “violent” events.
